Welcome to Little Green
The nature of starting, building, managing and ultimately leading a business is, in its essence, a cycle of tackling a range of challenges faced and taking advantage of a range of opportunities found. Whilst many occur within the walls of your business, they equally result from changes within the environment outside... and this, in true cyclical nature, impacts on everything you do. And today, within this literal natural environment, we as entrepreneurs, face our greatest challenge, as everything we know is changing, and will continue to do so unless we change now.
Our focus at Little Green is on helping small businesses to make those changes, to both mitigate the impact of the business on the natural environment, and innovate to harness the power of the business to create solutions. This includes developing key models of best practice such as social and environmental enterprise, implementing and embedding strategies for social and environmental responsibility, and nurturing new and emerging product and service portfolios which creatively and directly address our collective sustainable development 'to do' list. |
If you already know exactly where you're at and where you want to be, then our role is to walk with you and support you on your developmental journey, but if you need help first to identify where in your business you want and need to make those key changes, then a conversation with Little Green is the ideal first step. Within both, we begin by identifying priorities and setting goals, then support you along the way, as needed, and also connect with other green businesses who are on, or have been on, a similar pathway to you as part of our 'little green' community.
Our website and portfolio of online training courses is currently in the process of being redeveloped but if, in the meantime, you would like advice and support on starting, building, managing and leading a green business, and how we can help you and your team, please give us a call on 07487 887181 or email us at hello@little-green.org
