We currently offer three courses, for individuals exploring the idea of starting a business and those who are already running their own business, both of which include indepth discussions on a broad range of key topics and a variety of practical activities for 'returning the learning' to your plan or your business, plus our free course on starting and running a 'green' business.  Our new programme for small business leaders and managers will be available from mid-2023.

Business Starter Course
A comprehensive day-long online course on how to plan and launch your business, covering aspects including:
  • Your life, your business idea, your plan and portfolio
  • Business status, systems, administration and people
  • Market research, competitors, customers and strategy
  • Finance forecasting, bookkeeping, taxation and growth

​£300 per person, including a detailed activity workbook and,
​on completion of the course, an offer for 25% off one-to-one 
coaching​ for up to six hour-long sessions.

Business Builder Course
​An intense half-day online course on how to review and develop your business, covering issues including:
  • Business portfolio growth, systems and processes
  • Legal responsibilities, leadership and management
  • Marketing, financial and technological development
  • Strategic term-specific and contingency planning

£200 per person including a detailed activity workbook and,
​on completion of the course, an offer for £25% off up to six
​hours of professional consultancy service.
