I have a higher diploma in management, an honours degree in business and a masters' degree in coaching and mentoring, alongside a postgraduate diploma in lecturing. I have worked in senior roles within the manufacturing and service sectors, across education, from secondary to higher, including as a lecturer, module leader and personal tutor, and within the broader public sector and, most recently, within the charity / not-for-profit and social enterprise sector.
I have also run my own business for more than fifteen years, encompassing a professional coaching and consultancy practice, working with individuals and teams within a broad range of both small businesses and large organisations; and have designed, developed and delivered teaching and training similarly, including at post-16, undergraduate / postgraduate and corporate / professional levels, including for the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) and the Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM), with further research specialisms in corporate social responsibility and business ethics.
