Terms and conditions
- Fees must be paid in advance at least 48 hours before each session - any sessions not paid for in advance will be cancelled.
- Where agreed, organisations may be invoiced for services, and invoices must be paid in full within 30-days of the date issued.
- If a payment fails for any reason, every effort will be made to resolve this but, if not, we will contact the client to discuss.
- If you need to rearrange a session, every effort will be made to do so, but if not possible then cancellations are accepted*.
- *Cancellations must be made by call or text to 07487 887181 or email at hello@little-green.org at least 48 hours before the session.
- *If a cancellation is received less than 48 hours before the session time, the session will be charged at the full session rate as noted.
- If we need to cancel a session, we will contact you as soon as possible, and every effort will be made to rearrange or a refund given.
- The above cancellation policies also apply to courses, and refunds cannot be issued if a client fails to attend without 48-hour notice.
- All client records remain confidential subject to safeguarding protocols and are maintained as per current data protection legislation.
- All materials, including both online / downloadable and print, are subject to copyright and remain the property of Little Green Business CIC.
